It is not hard to find affiliate marketing programs that can pay up to 75% commission, but you must do your research. Find an affiliate company that can provide you with detailed statistics, click-through rates, and daily and monthly sales figures. Try to find which banner or affiliate link pays the most, and make sure the company has a proven track record of paying their affiliate marketers accurately and on time. Ask questions, and if you do not get the answers you are looking for, move on.
Creating a Landing Page
A simple, to-the-point landing page (also known as a squeeze page) should entice your visitor to read further. Write your page in such a way that your visitor will believe that you are familiar with the product, and garner his trust. Do not start talking about prices straight away and do not bore him. Give some interesting and useful facts about how he could benefit from owning the product.
Your visitor has probably already done some comparison-shopping. Include testimonials that are often provided by the company, and possibly photographs of you using the product. Both add credibility and trust.
Do the Work and Research Well
It takes time, persistence and learning to make money online, and there are hundreds of unscrupulous people on the web who will tell you differently. Never trust Get Rich Quick schemes – remember the saying “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.”
Millions of people worldwide supplement or generate full time incomes on the web by using affiliate marketing. You can do it, if you follow the rules and use the resources that are freely available.
